  3. He just got the verdict: Life imprisonment and established heavy and severe guilt. Which will translate to 15 years minimum that must be served and an additional time because of that severity; that can be in principle indefinite although rarely does it mean more than 20 years. Afaik they didn’t put him in protective detention. So I would wager that he could be released the earliest in 20 years

  4.  @philipkoene5345 more probably 20 if he behaves himself in prison. Probably the authorities will release him to the US where he can be tried again
