  2.  @mikeggg5671  There are American troops on German soil, nowadays with German agreement. American flags can fly wherever they want in Germany. I have an American neighbour who obviously has his flag. On official German buildings, there aren't American flags unless they are joint institutions. American Men can obviously take German women - this is called marriage and completely allowed. German men take American wives too. Neither is rape. German law applies to all Americans on German soil. The first part sounds like an absolutely normal thing. The second is mutual agreement between NATO members.
