  3. Survival is the most basic thing. I doubt most Saudis would want to return to Bedouin lifestyle

  4. Yes and no. They got a lot of space, a lot of sun etc. but they don't live near consumer markets that could afford to buy the solar power produced. And making green hydrogen would require them to desalinate water as they don't hae enough freshwater already.
