  1. There was a camera on that robot but to make a video without much scientific value would needlessly take storage space on the SSD and take ages to be transmitted to earth. As for the moon; such a drone has no scientific value. It would just eat up budget. And the Mars rovers move. Not every day necessarily but they move. What they don’t do is constantly update the feed (again, transmission!)
