  2. The EU army is supposed to standardise equipment and fight for common policy. Not a replacement of NATO

  3. So not true but OK. France enjoys a very capable air force with Rafales (on par with Typhoon overall) and Mirage for the bombings. They currently have a superior naval aviation. The French would not be useless at all.
