  1. Probably in terms of per capita and in specialised market segments. Nobody will say Israel is a heavy industry tech capital but their strength lies in some chemicals, pharmaceuticals, software design and agriculture tech.

  2. Imagine if we look at the million + arab Jews which fled their respective home countries after discrimination, persecution. Ethnic cleansing, my ass. Look closer to home and work on your own national discriminatory practises

  3.  @Commander_Chief  Oh I agree that Israel can do better with their treatment of Arabs and other non-Jewish denominations. But given the persecutions of minorities in the Arab world I'd rather be in Israel. KSA discriminates against Shia, likewise does Bahrain. In Iraq there was a genocide on Yazidis, which killed many more thousands than Israel in the past decades! For 3000 years, Jews have lived in Gaza. Not anymore. Alexandria used to have a large and accepted Jewish community. Now Egypt is down to 10 Jews in the entire country. Hundreds of thousands of Jews left to go to Israel because of persecution, discrimination. 100ks Iraqi Jews... Afghanistan had a Jewish community. It is gone now, after a millennia of presence. And sorry, there was definitely no peaceful utopia before the creation of Israel. Part of the reason for a creation of Israel was so that the Arabs and the Jews would no longer kill each other in mass riots like during the 1920s. Anyway, I wish for peace but it can't be a solution to advocate for the destruction of Israel. Not realistic, not feasible, not wanted, not even by a large part of Arab Israelis, who despite discrimination, enter politics, have careers at the highest court...

  5. Given that millions of those Israelis are actually Arab Jews who were persecuted to flee their homes, I rather doubt it. Plus, what good would come out of Israel crumbling? Around Israel I say a lot of failed states, poverty and extremism. Ask Arab Israelis whether they want Israel to fail. They want change, but not necessarily failure.
