Please, explain where he is wrong...

The West does not use the data to reward or to punish ordinary people. No higher taxes for a "false" political opinion...

Patently false...

They are afraid of the people. Really tells you all about them. A government which fears that the support of the people is fleeting.

@malikialgeriankabyleswag4200 Chelsea Manning published secret information on the internet. Lol. Completely different topic

You won't pay him 10 grant. But yeah, introduce a system where you are rewarded for political opinion. What could go wrong...

If you don't know how this works, how can you say he is wrong?

Totally agree. This is just a scam to make sure the crownies stay in power...

Greetings back. You seem to misunderstand the reluctance of us westerners to a system like this. Yes, you are correct, you would be fined if you litter and that would be quite nice if people receive consequences. On the other hand, this opens the door to systematical abuse. Political opinion could also be "good" or "bad" and therefore impact your credit score. Criticism of the government. Spreading Winnie the Pooh.... Do you get where I am going? Nothing would stop government to punish even your thoughts and words. Lets say you are unhappy about something. Maybe they tore down your block for a new road and they only gave you a measly compensation that hardly covers all the work and time you need to invest to find a new flat. So you write something to your friends: "Screw this, those dirty f***** didn't even give me enough money to compensate the flat I lived in. I wish I had more to say in government".... In the best outcome this would be ignored. In the worst, you may lose some points and immediately lose some perks and advantages. Have you ever read 1984 by George Orwell? In the end, we westerners don't like governments which interfere too much with out lives. If you are all fine with it, ok. But then I ask myself, if Chinese are fine, why such drastic measures?

Facebook, Youtube and Twitter aren't government programms and neither has the US a plan to introduce such a system to rate and treat citizens thereafter.

@MMABeijing Facebook, Youtube, Twitter have literally more conservative users than liberals. Conservative pages have way more interaction..... Hydroxychloroquine was BS. Trump wasn't patriotic, he was an idiot.

Politically it is organised as a communist party state. Party > state.

No, you would not get negative points. Quite possibly since the intelligence services in China often rely on Chinese students to gather information.
