  1. The Russian supply chains may not be able to supply all these troops. The fall of Isjum has disrupted an important railway connection between Belgorod and the front line. Sure there are more railway lines but they don't run directly and they may not be in a good shape. This holds true for Donbass North Region. I am not sure about the Separatist regions but they may be a bit better supplied given that Russia had most time here to establish connection. Southern Ukraine cannot be supplied good given the lack of transport from Mariupol through Kherson. Kherson itself is horribly supplied, mostly by helicopter. They may have enough weapons in the arsenal, but they won't be new and reservists may not be adapted at them and need to train. They will also lack any modern gadget like sights...
