  1. I am German but have had east German relatives and I spend several years in Latvia. If the ToI truly wrote that, they are delusional. Russia doesn’t do justice. In Russia and the former Russian controlled states; justice was always a mercy given by a ruler from the top. Not a right you can depend on. With courts more show than actual justice. Equality? Russia? The USSR nomenclature lived like kings, could travel, had spare housing; the rest of the population did not nearly have the same chances. Today a Russian pensioneer barely survives when Oligarchs stole the treasury. Times of India should be ashamed
