  1.  @FitraRahim  The tourists in Dubai come because they actually invested in trade and more importantly UAE gave themselves a competitive legal and societal frame work that can actually be attractive to companies and tourists. They also created their airlines to fly all those tourists. Saudi Arabia just seems to be thinking that building stuff will bring tourists. It won’t.
