Crucial word for the next few years must not be reparations but repatriations . . . USA is fast heading for total social and financial breakdown . . .

Expect martial law, i.d. cards for all, round-ups and containment of illegals everywhere [not Gitmo or under-utilised 4* hotels in Las Vegas, but camps in AZ and NV deserts] plus higher taxes to pay for the activity.
