Expect martial law, i.d. cards for all, round-ups and containment of illegals everywhere [not Gitmo or under-utilised 4* hotels in Las Vegas, but to camps in the AZ and NV deserts] and higher taxes to pay for the activity. It will be all over the USA - even 'sanctuary cities'. Trump promises deportations. No, you won't be happy, but to get the job done, who* will care? * Dems and loud-mouthed lefties, but who cares what they think?
