It details the way invasion of western nations will progress. Data are probably way out of date now as the perpetrators of violence have been encouraged over recent years and tipping points will now be much lower.

  5. I suggest it's less about interest per se but the fact that commercial enterprises could not borrow to grow. Partnership dissolution on death wouldn't help and we are told nothing about joint stock companies, which have flourished in Christendom.
