  1. Organised national response is essential, inevitable, to avoid total anarchical collapse. Expect round-ups and containment across the USA, even 'sanctuary cities'. Trump promises deportations. It won’t be cheap, it won’t be easy and it won’t be quick, but it must be done; there is no alternative.
