  1. It's not that USA's enemies have a window of opportunity to create mayhem, the door is wide open for them . . . Hitler's attitude to his 1941 invasion of USSR was that he 'only needed to kick in the door'. I wonder if China and Russia might be thinking the same about USA these days?
