The success the United States achieved prior to that was directly the result of its demographics because it was >95% white and Christian. A nation is only as great as the people comprising it. If you import a massive amount of non-virtuous, uncivilized, low-IQ people into your country, your country will slowly become non-virtuous, uncivilized, low-IQ.
