The attack was eighty years ago, books have been written, movies produced, but the only mention of a sub is of one trying to creep in and other wrecks being found, outside. Analysis of the intelligence failure [re carriers], the failure to take out oil storage, repair facilities, workshops and US subs is conspicuous by its absence.
