  3.  @JAM661  Thank you. I suspect that this policy, as with that of 'one child', will lead to problems in future. The notion that "they can get by" with inexperienced staff will reflect in poor quality performance; experience counts, especially for training. If only half the population works, economic prosperity must decline. China is worse-off than we know. I once worked on an urgent contract where my ability to use old software meant the job could be done; someone in their twenties would have had no clue . . .
