  5. That “nice Mr Tice" was talking recently about 'net zero' immigration, as in receiving only as many as (indigenous) depart these shores. Three cheers for the Reform Party? Actually no; he's still advocating population substitution . . . ! As yet, Reform Party has a long way to go, but that can be corrected over time.
