  4. Trump and his enablers claim that unemployment benefits create a disincentive for work. Rubbish. A study found “no evidence” that people who have lost their jobs are choosing to stay unemployed because of the extra federal aid. It's another lie designed to shaft workers.

  6. 45,500,000 Americans have lost their jobs in the pandemic. Meanwhile, NASDAQ just hit an all time high. If that doesn't convince you that the stock market is not a reflection of the economy, I don't know what will.
