@Panterarosa910 The backlog is not the problem...it is the absence of laws to guide the solution... Congress holds the money to hire more judges and more border agents and more processing agents!!!

1. focus on businesses that hire undocumented immigrants, not the immigrants themselves 2. reward people who report the business that hire undocumented people 3. Mexicans (who cross the border daily or weekly) should be able to get a work visa easily compared to other immigrants coming from other borders!! 4. fund the IRS to Labor Department to extend their reach into investigating illegal hiring!!
