Did you know this? Billy Joel never sells tickets to the front rows of his concerts. Aside from wanting to beat the scalpers, he got tired of all the bored rich people staring up at him. “They don’t stand up, make noise, [they just] sit there,” he said. So now, he sends his road crew out to bring down the fans from the worst seats so they’ll be “people in the front row that are really happy to be there, real fans.” Although it’s only a small gesture, those people at the front enjoy an experience money can’t buy. Their joy spreads to create a vibrant atmosphere which fills the air and gets into the bloodstream of everybody else in the building. More artists need to take a leaf out of Billy Joel’s playbook.

Even Peter Navarro is now admitting that Donald Trump is going down in his criminal trials. At this point Trump world people are too exhausted to keep up the fantasy that it’s going magically work out. They know it’s over.

Let me get this straight: Republicans are wasting media time complaining about Sen. John Fetterman's "lack of decorum" in the Capitol, YET they are just fine with their insurrectionist buddies urinating & defecating within the Capitol walls ?!?

Fani Willis says Lin Wood has flipped and is a witness for the prosecution. Explains why he wasn’t indicted. Makes you wonder who else has flipped, and who else is going to flip. It’ll only get worse for Trump from here.

Merrick Garland bent over backwards NOT to indict Trump, waiting almost two years. Garland also begged Trump to return the thousands of stolen documents, several times, and only charged him after Trump refused then lied about it. Anyone else would be in prison by now.

BREAKING: Trumper Senator Tommy Tuberville is humiliated as the Senate blows past his blockade and votes overwhelmingly to approve Air Force General C.Q. Brown to lead the Joint Chiefs, making him the second Black officer to lead the Military. But it gets WORSE for Tuberville… The vote was so overwhelming that reporters and experts now expect the Senate to also vote to confirm President Biden’s picks to lead the Army and Marines tomorrow. Adding insult to injury for Tuberville, Politico reports that “even some Republican senators are now predicting action on a few top nominees could lead to talks that ultimately break the logjam” created by Tuberville, with even Republican Senate Armed Services ranking member Senator Roger Wicker agreeing. Senate Majority Leader wasted no time putting Tuberville on notice after today’s vote, declaring, “In the end, the Senate will overwhelmingly vote to overcome Senator Tuberville’s blockade of these three nominees… and the abortion policy that Senator Tuberville abhors will remain in place.”

BREAKING: The fallout from MAGA Representative Lauren Boebert's Beetlejuice sexual misconduct scandal spreads — and now her date is paying the price for their disgusting behavior. The man in question, who was seen groping Boebert's breasts on surveillance footage, is named Quinn Gallagher and owns the Hooch Craft Cocktail Bar in Aspen. Since the scandal erupted, his business has been hit hard. Negative reviews have flooded the establishment's Yelp page en masse. The influx of scathing reviews has gotten so bad that the website has temporarily disabled feedback. It turns out that publicly associating with deranged fascists is bad for business. "Been there often. Won’t be back. The owner has disreputable friends," wrote one customer, adding that the owner is "disruptive & disrespectful in public places." "The owner is doinking 36 year old Grandma Boebert, who supported an insurrection against America!" reads another review. "This place sucks unless you admire an owner that dates Boobert and causes a ruckus at a theater play," wrote another person. "I wouldn't even stop to take a crap if I had to. Lauren Boebert will ruin this business as well," reads another, presumably referencing Boebert's own failed gun-themed bar and grill. Brutal.

There is no shutdown. There is no impeachment. There is no defunding the DOJ. Republicans want the story to be that these things are happening, even though they don’t currently have the votes to do any of it. Stop giving Republicans what they want.

Remember yesterday when I pointed out that House Republicans didn’t have the votes for a shutdown, and I said it was a given that Democrats were already in talks with the House Republicans who don’t want the shutdown? Now it’s being reported that those talks are indeed happening.
