  1. BREAKING: A Kansas trial court just invalidated the state's 4R-0D congressional redistricting plan. The Court ruled that the map is BOTH a partisan gerrymander AND racial vote dilution. This is a huge win for our clients, Kansas voters, and democracy.

  10. It's not just that. Some people look at capitalism as a team sport and think they're winning as long as people that look like them have the most money, even if they can't afford to get their trailer roof fixed.

  13. Say what you will, but I for one am glad to see Trump's people still embracing traditional Republican values. Leaving a concrete record of how much of a horrible monster you are is an old Republican tradition that dates all the way back to Nixon.
