Some contractors met the deadline, and some did not; and some requested for more time!! 3. Jared Kushner is the one in charge setting up those contracts 4. Congress wanted to setup a committee to act as auditors to make sure that the money is being spent wisely 5. Trump and Senate blocked that committee!!
