  2. Did Nikki Haley misspeak or does she mean what she said on Fox News? Nikki Haley: “We’re not a racist country... We’ve NEVER been a racist country.” Was legalized slavery "not a racist country"? Were Jim Crow laws "not a racist country"? She literally said at the end that she faced racism growing up. Was that elements of a racist country?
