  1. Dominion's lawyers keep insisting they're not done with Fox News. I could end up being proven very wrong about this, but it feels like Dominion still has something up its sleeve, such as a Fox apology that's still being worked out. It still feels like we only have half the story.

  2. BREAKING: U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan not only just declined to excuse Donald Trump from author E. Jean Carroll’s defamation trial. He also threw major shade toward Trump’s attorneys. Trump’s legal team had alluded that appearing in court was difficult for Trump because he was a former president. Kaplan reminded them he’s already been indicted and sued many times. The court “is entirely confident that the United States Marshals Service and the City of New York will do their parts in securing (Donald Trump’s right to testify), just as they REPEATEDLY have done in other cases involving security concerns." Ouch! Let’s go!! Jean Carroll deserves JUSTICE!

  3. BREAKING: The 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals has BLOCKED a subpoena issued by Jim Jordan’s House Judiciary Committee for testimony from former Manhattan prosecutor Mark Pomerantz. Pomerantz was previously involved in the criminal investigation of Donald Trump. Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg is currently prosecuting Trump on charges of falsifying business records. The temporary order came just hours before Pomerantz was expected to be deposed by the committee. This subpoena is just another effort by Jim Jordan to INTIMIDATE DA Bragg and criminally obstruct his prosecution of Donald Trump. Jim Jordan is an embarrassment and his efforts to intimidate Alvin Bragg will fail. He should be EXPELLED for Obstruction of Justice.

  5. Just lost my Twitter verification, but that's not a real problem. The real problem is the oligarchs who have too much power over the internet. And our economy. And our democracy. Remember, we have more in common with each other than we do with them — blue check or not.
