  9.  @brega6286  1. do not forget that some cops get incentives for DUI arrests 2. notice that you see more cops on the road one week before end of each month.... 3. there are troubling reports and lawsuits showing cops (positive or not) will arrest you for DUI just to meet their monthly quotas!!
