USA, Russia and most of Europe signed a treaty (1996) to help Ukraine in case it gets attacked --------- Russia violated that treaty 3. Ukraine got rid of all its nukes and promised not to join NATO in exchange for signing that treaty. 4. Know your history you piece of doodoo!! :-)
