  18. You may not have noticed, but USA now has a long-term, bipartisan infrastructure plan about to go into effect. Adds ~$550B mostly over the next five years. Roads/bridges, ports, airports, transmission lines, replacing lead water pipes, environmental cleanup, climate resilience.
