  2. Texas Republicans are opting to teach bleeding control techniques and trauma care to children instead of protecting them from gun violence. They are training 9-year-olds in battlefield protocol and providing parents with DNA kits to identify their children's dead bodies. This is being done under the guise of "Christian family values".
