Unless they're stopped, Republicans will strip our democracy up by its roots and replace it with a MAGA dystopian nightmare. President Joe Biden and the Democrats are standing up for all of us. The only way to fight back is by strengthening our democracy so that it can withstand attacks from Donald Trump, Jim Jordan, and the rest of their authoritarian ilk. The time has come to pass powerful voting rights and democracy reform legislation. We need the For the People Act, the Freedom to Vote Act, and the John R. Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act.

  3. BREAKING: Jim Jordan is OUT! Jim Jordan has conceded, at least for now and will not hold a third ballot for the speakership. Jordan states that he will be backing Patrick McHenry as an interim speaker until January. It will be interesting to see if Republicans alone can get enough votes for McHenry's powers to be enhanced or if they will need to cut some sort of deal with Democrats. Thoughts?

As part of the plea agreement, she will: - Get 6 years probations - A fine - Have to testify against anyone else related to the case (This apparently includes Former President Trump) - Can NOT speak with any other witnesses or those involved in the case. WOW! Thoughts? How dangerous is this to Trump?
