Legal experts are already saying that this will create a “domino effect” that can lead to Trump being removed from the ballot “in all 50 states.” To make matters worse for Trump, Harvard’s most famous Constitutional Law expert says that the lawsuit is “rock solid as a legal matter, relying entirely on existing law and indisputable facts of public record." The lawsuit is going to be heard by the Minnesota Supreme Court — and it demands that the court immediately remove Trump from the Minnesota ballot for engaging in insurrection, declaring, “"Donald J. Trump, through his words and actions, after swearing an oath as an officer of the United States to support the Constitution, engaged in insurrection or rebellion, or gave aid and comfort to its enemies, as defined by Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment.” Well said. America MUST never allow a traitorous insurrectionist anywhere near our presidential ballots.
