  2.  Stephen Ferree  --- we will never find a solution unless you face the problem first.... if a majority has negative net worth, then the winner should be in the same boat as the majority...that way, we can have the rich pay more taxes:-) because that is how democracy works...you help the less fortunate...and that means other countries also realize that a country is only as strong as their weakest citizen...the less weak citizen, the stronger the country gets!!
