The cheapest way to solve the illegal problem inside the USA: 1. give them work visas (3 years) with clean record 2. take all their DNAs (background checks) 3. they can keep re-applying for work visa as long as they can keep a clean record; otherwise the fee will be (2x) 4. 10 years of clean record = citizenship 5. Joining the military will speed up their citizenship 6. Blood donations will speed up their citizenship 7. Being a fireman/woman will speed up citizenship 8. Farming, Nursing will speed up citizenship

  5. make them into taxpayer with work visas , take their DNA, Do Background checks, charge higher fees if they have shady backgrounds...if they stay clean for 10 years, they get citizenship with a clean record ..... Boom!!! problem solved .... lastly, work visas expire after 3 years and they can register again unless they have a bad police record... in which case, the fee doubles!!
