Thank you for the reminder. It is indeed important to clarify that Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg are independently elected officials who do not work under the jurisdiction of the United States Department of Justice (DOJ). They were elected by the voters in their respective districts and are accountable to the local communities they serve. As such, they operate within the framework of their local legal systems and have their own jurisdictions and responsibilities. It's essential to understand the distinction between elected district attorneys and federal entities like the DOJ when discussing their roles and actions.

Just a Simple Reminder: Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis doesn't work for the Justice Department, she was elected by the voters. Similarly, the Manhattan District Attorney, Alvin Bragg, also doesn't work under the DOJ, he was elected. Neither answers to the DOJ.

Fox News host Arthel Neville challenged MAGA Rep. Tim Burchett on live television after he tried to smear the Biden family as criminals. Burchett accused the Bidens of money laundering, suggesting they had ties to the communist Chinese. Neville countered by pointing out that Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump reportedly earned up to $640 million while serving as advisers to President Trump, citing a source called Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington. Neville asked Burchett to explain why the situation with Hunter Biden was different. Burchett struggled to respond, initially claiming that Jared and Ivanka's earnings were not hidden and were related to their business dealings. However, under pressure, he eventually conceded that their financial activities should also be scrutinized.

Emoluments Lawsuits: Multiple lawsuits were filed against Donald Trump, accusing him of violating the Emoluments Clause of the Constitution by accepting payments from foreign governments through his businesses while serving as President. These lawsuits sought to compel Trump to divest from his businesses or stop accepting such payments. Some of these cases were dismissed, and others were ongoing as of my last update. Trump Foundation Lawsuit: The New York Attorney General's office filed a lawsuit against the Donald J. Trump Foundation in 2018, alleging that it engaged in illegal conduct and violated campaign finance laws. In 2019, a settlement was reached, leading to the dissolution of the foundation.

WARNING: Anytime cops say, "we're trying to figure it out," they're trying to figure out how to escalate the situation and get an arrest.

Pardon me?! The lawsuit against Rudy Giuliani makes a stunning allegation against Donald Trump that implicates him in massive crimes regarding the selling of presidential pardons for millions of dollars. And there are recordings.

Ron DeSantis signed a bill in Florida, SB 1718, that makes it illegal for immigrants to work, particularly in the agriculture industry. This has caused a significant problem as many workers are choosing not to work and keeping their children out of school out of fear of deportation. The shortage of workers could lead to a crisis in Florida's agriculture sector. Even truckers have shown their opposition to the law and are refusing to enter the state, resulting in empty supermarket shelves.
