Lock down for 2 months 4. pay every taxpayer/citizen $1200 every 2 weeks for 2 months 5. lock-down everyone within their zip codes (2 months) using the national guard for roadblocks 6. stop giving money to any non- essential businesses including big corporations (just their employees) 7. that way, within 2 weeks, we will know who needs to go to hospital, trace contacts in 4 weeks 8. we can all open with full confidence after 8 weeks!!:-) 9.
