Lowering the cost of insulin to $35/month? CHECK. Forgiven $138B of student debt? CHECK. $16B allocated to HBCUs? CHECK When you have NOTHING but the failed COVID response and the stain of being the only President since Hoover to LOSE jobs to talk about, that's when you have to resort to cheap tricks.
