  1. Joe Biden did NOT mix up Ukraine and Iran during his speech. He’s a lifelong stutterer who left the “k” out of “Ukrainian” and it came out “Uranian.” Biden misspeaks, but he’s sharp as a tack. Trump is the one who’s senile and never knew one country from another to begin with.
