  1. all immigrants can read.... just give them direction to the closest processing center instead of making their lives harder than it is!! give them temporary work visas and stamp their passports. punish the businesses who hire undocumented by taxing them higher!! process the migrants at the south of Mexico so they do not have to pay smugglers!!! process the migrants in their countries so they do not have to pay smugglers!!!
