hey dumbass!! Pelosi has the right to make sure that she will get a "fair" trial. after all, she is 3rd in-line for president:-) Trump has been impeached!!! get over it!!! now we shall wait to see if the Senate will do their jobs the right way:-) and we will all know!!!:-)

@phelaar that is for the Jury (the senate) to decide. and they have to hear all the witnesses; they are NOT allowed to talk with each other until the trial is done:-) and since McConnell and Graham admitted to be "biased", they should recuse themselves from the Jury now:-)

@OverlandOne 1. if there are no witnesses, there will be no trial. 2. Pelosi has to make sure to have a "fair trial" before she can submit anything. 3. McConnell ad Graham should recuse themselves since they declared themselves to be "biased" 4. the defense has to produce witnesses in order to make a fair trial.
