  1. The courts have denied Trump’s request to delay his second E. Jean Carroll trial. Been trying to tell you, Trump doesn’t have a magic “delay” wand. Once a judge decides a (civil or criminal) trial is going to happen in a certain timeframe, Trump can’t do anything to change that.

  3. Jack Smith probably already knew that Kenneth Chesebro was at the Capitol with Alex Jones. If he didn’t know, he does now. Even more reason to expect that Smith’s ongoing 1/6 investigation will yield more indictments – and not just against the six listed co-conspirators.

  4. Donald Trump is not running for President. There is no “Trump 2024” campaign. He never even bothered to hire a campaign manager. He’s going to prison. The media needs to stop parroting Trump’s false claim that he’s running for President. That’s a lie, and the media knows it.
