@alexd832 You're misinformed about all parts. Russia is doing mighty fine, they didn't lose much soldiers (most fighters are native to the Donbass). Pariah state? Please, it's Europe who is the pariah. 85% of the world still likes Russia. No country wants to sell gas to Europe, you guys are gonna dictate others how to live. Nobody wants that. Also, Europe was already announcing in 2021 that they wanted to move on to green energy. It's why Russia delivered less gas that year, and why Europe became angry and demanded more gas because it was a cold summer and green energy sucks. Russia delivered 200% of what they normally deliver that year to Europe. Now, they are delivering about 20% and less every day. Also, Russians are going to get a travel ban. No emigration, no Russian tourists to Europe, many European businesses will close. Europe is shooting themselves in all limbs, fingers, organs. And for what? The people think it's for Ukraine. The elite knows better. It's for the green transition. Good luck, you'll need it. Europe is toast, done. EU will not survive this decade, member states will leave just to get rid of Brussels and the bureaucracy. I think the first country might be Germany, once they are de-industralised and living like third world countries.

@TheCountess666 lol USA can't be trusted. Wait for 2030 to get your much needed expensive LNG's. And Qatar? Wait for 2026, for expensive LNG's which will never replace Russia. And also, you must sign a 20 year contract. Meaning, you can't go green if you still use fossil fuel for 20 years. Net zero 2050 will become 2090 or 2100 instead. EU doesn't want that. Plus, EXPENSIVE. EU industry and living standards will crumble without Russian gas. Dude, Russia is reliable. Russia is good. You chose to be enemies, you pay with useless dollars and euro's while they asked for rubbels. This is your fault. Don't let USA think for you, think for yourself. @kenpe1455 Your disrespect to Russia will be your undoing. Who do you think will benefit if this war drags out? Russia ofcourse. Ukraine will have less leverage, Western economies crumble and once European citizens have enough it's over. The EU bureaucrats are the real danger to Europe. Serbia doesn't even want to join EU anymore, even though both the EU and USA asked them to join now. Serbia, country they side-lined and humilated for 30 years, is now needed and they want them. Serbia refuses. Hungary prefers Russia over EU too. Yes, EU billions are good but they are technically owned by Brussels. EU is done, a fate worse then WW2 awaits them. Yes, even WW2 was better then what is to come. It will be unlike anything you have ever seen. All caused by the sanctions on Russia. I even think it will become WW3, with Liz Truss saying she wants to use nukes. The elite would rather kill billions and blow up the Earth then admit they were wrong and concede power.

@jokuvaan5175 Maybe, if the West hadn't interfered. Also, if the West promoted dialogue between the 2 groups. But the West wanted this. Perfect timing to force people off natural gas. This war will never end, not untill Ukraine falls and Europe crumbles. EU will not survive this century.

@Cainthegodslayer My only tears in the conflict would be wasted on EU citizens. They became a victim of this conflict against their will. Life will become unaffordable. All for the sake of corrupt Ukraine, why? In 1000 years, people will study Europe's hypocricy. Why didn't they condemn USA when they have done worse all over the world, but went berserk when Russia was dealing their security threats? Iraq was no security threat for USA, neither was Afghanistan. Or Syria. You really think Isis is that dangerous? They were just a bunch of desert barbarians.

@inotachi85 I know more then you. EU loves to virtue signal, lead by Germany. Makes sense, with all the nazi past thing and colonial past of almost all EU members, that they want a good image. Problem is: EU overdoes it. Algeria mentions it as well. They don't trust EU and don't like to be lectured when they solve their issues their way. This war in Ukraine could had been avoided if we talked things out. Protect the people of Donbass, allow them to have a referendum on their internal matters. That's it.
