@tossaja Denmark is in nato. Russia would never attack a nato country. If Trump was still in power, then you had more concern because Trump wanted to pull the USA from nato completely. Because Europe didn't pay their 2% of GDP like promised and even mocked Trump when he made a fuss about it. Luckily, he lost. I think Putin knew this too, and was shocked when he lost. Putin invading Denmark is like him invading the USA, and this would mean WW3. So he will thread very carefully with you guys

@tossaja excuses, I thought you were the first guy who is from Denmark. Finland is a different story, it's the best for you guys to remain as neutral as possible but I heard Finland and Sweden want to join Nato. Russia might see this as a threat, and take you guys out too if need be. But you guys are in EU, and certainly less of a priority. For Putin, Ukraine isn't even a real country and Zelinsky is a puppet for the West. He want a regime change. I think the chance you getting invaded is very unlikely, but Western hostility makes the chances much bigger. Be careful and take care, do what's best for Finland when the time comes.

@tossaja take care, friend. I feel it's gonna be alright.

Imagine hating Russians unironically.

Hmmm. West will definitely feel this too.

@adevoidvessel the hopes with these sanctions and isolation is to make the Russian people get Putin out of power. Voting out or revolt. Neither are likely, and seems to make Putin even more paranoid and powerful. Sanctions also hurts the world, so the West is hurting the world with these sanctions. ISIS might make a comeback if the middle east loses Russian wheat. Latin America might experience more violence too, and so can Africa.

@tossaja I feel for you, friend. War is hell, I hope things end soon. Putin has 4 demands, one of them a neutral Ukraine who will never join nato. As long as Finland doesn't get a president like Zelinsky, who keeps agitating Putin Finland should be fine. It's truelly Zelinsky Putin wants to get rid of, not Ukraine itself. Ukraine is needed as a neutral bufferzone between Russia and nato, after all.
