  2. The EU leaders can hate Russia all they want, at this point no one cares anymore. But if they steal those 200-300 billion dollars they should know Russia will not be harmed. Ukraine won't be helped (there are no weapons or manpower). All you are doing is destroying the EU and your own political legacy. Big payday short term, big headache medium to long term. They should think very carefully, and say no.

  5. The West could had used Ukraine to blackmail Russia. Like "we will start a war using Ukraine if you don't distance yourself from China". Russia would had been cautious, and containing China easier.
