  1. Once upon a time Russia would hear statements from Wester officials, and assume it to be true. After all, the West is succesful so they must be professional. The West has insisted that they are total amateurs, and finally Russia is convinced. Meaning that if the West says one thing it must be the opposite. Ukraine did the Moscow attack, and France likely helped plan this awful terror attack. Macron should watch out.
