@Randomhandlename you are spoonfed a fabricated version of islam. Mohammad was a warlord, those who converted and swore loyalty to Mohammad were spared. They were expected to fight and do jihad for Mohammad. Those who refused were destroyed unless they paid the jizya (protection money, mafia like). Those who did neither were destroyed.
