Also, even if Algeria accepts, it will not be cheap. EU is gonna decline, forever in the shadow of USA. They will make demands to Algeria. Who is to say EU won't overthrow Algerian leadership? They should do it soon. EU is the sick man of the world, it will die soon. Renewables will not give the desired results, EU will become uncompetitive and poor. Leaving is the future.
