  1. Sign a peace treaty, determine your land. Settlements will not end, because "officially" speaking Palestine isn't a country and the land can be claimed by anyone. Sign a treaty, accept Israel as a state and the settlements will end. Untill then, nothing will change. I promise you, it will get far worse if you don't.
