  1. They're preparing the people for an universal basic income. "You'll own nothing and you'll be happy". This is how they want to achieve it.

  2.  @tim3440  The WEF is in charge here. And this "universal basic income" will be used as a tool to control you. Carbon tax and social credit system is much easier to enforce once you're a poor serf to your government.
