  2.  @kaiser4883  africans didn't need to develop because they already had everything. Africa is the richest continent on earth, all the food and riches are already there. They can hunt any animal and pick any fruit and any vegetable with no end. Africa has oil, gold, silver, ivory, gems, diamonds, coals, natural gass etc etc etc. Only wars they fought were tribal ones, but nothing permanent since the ground was fertile enough. Richest man in history was an African king. Europeans on the other hand had nothing, Europe is the poorest continent, they have no riches and have to farm and grow food to survive, need to take care of lifestock and live in a dirty enviroment. Same in Asia. So Europe always adepted and evolved, with guns and ships. They created battle strategies and explored. Africa was easy to conquer and vulnerable, since like I said, there was no need to adept.
